Naturally, when friends asked us if we wanted to go to a one day cricket tournament we said YES! Upon arrival, we were given these AMAZING headband / wigs.

We made our way to our seats in the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and were amazed by three things. First, our seats were amazing! Second, this 70 degree day was very beautiful! Turns out I was very overdressed in my black jeans, tank and jean jacket. Third, there were people dressed up like Halloween! What?!? Ok, turns out we knew it was a costume party and didn’t have time to find costumes…

[The] Cricket is very long and nothing like baseball. I won’t bother to explain the rules, because it turns out I don’t care. But, now I can say that I’ve been to [the] Cricket.
