Today I spent the afternoon with a dear friend of mine. One of our stops was a cute little French bakery where she had a brownie that I was quite jealous of. After our manicures, we bummed around Port Melbourne a bit and I got the hankering to make cookies. Just before I left the states, my mom and I made some damn good chocolate chip cookies using coconut oil in place of the butter. I made these again today, creating the best damn chocolate chip cookies (dough:-/) ever!

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 egg
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350F for 13 minutes. Eat with pleasure!
